Education is my passion and I enjoy empowering people with the knowledge and wisdom to succeed professionally and personally. In 2008 I founded a project management training company to teach and mentor individual interested in a project management career or preparing for the PMP certification exam. My unique teaching style included curriculum based education infused with real-life examples derived from more than 20 years of business and project management experience and led to a 95% first-time exam pass rate. Presently, I am a Project Manager for a major software company where I am responsible for managing integrated cloud-based software projects. I am also actively involved with the Project Management Institute (PMI); as an Atlanta PMI Education Committee member and as a contributing writer for the Learning Education and Development (LEAD) Community of Practice where I focus on Project Communications and Soft-Skills.
