Student tutoring twice weekly for the past three years and absolutely love it. 2010 SAT, 33 ACT w/Writing. AP classes throughout high school, with a score of 5 out of 5 on Music Theory, BC Calculus, and English Language/Composition, and a score of 4 on US History and World History. Winner of the 2014 Questbridge College Prep scholarship, and hopeful Yale applicant. Many high school kids are reluctant to accept help from adults, but can't find peers who are familiar and confident enough with the material to help them. I bring both a high school face and a firm grasp of content to the table, and I'm excited to teach. I've helped students grow significantly, including a high school senior who went on to win her school's Math 4 (Pre-calc) award on Honors Night at the end of second semester.
