In May 2015, I graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Film and Television and a Biological Anthropology Minor. I graduated from Alpharetta High School in 2011 but I only attended for 2 years. For 9th and 10th grade, I attended Montgomery County High School in Kentucky. We moved around a lot growing up!
Experience
I am currently tutoring art to a 9 year old boy once a week. I prepare several different art projects and have him select the one he would like to create. He is incredibly smart and enjoys creating all kinds of different art projects. I also tutor a 79 year old woman on how to use her iPad. Her daughter hired me so that she can communicate with her mother more as they live in different states. I love tutoring, all ages, because it is very rewarding. I'm sharing what I know with people who would like to learn. Seeing them understand something new is really gratifying. I also enjoy tutoring because it allows me to improve my communication skills. I get to learn what works and what doesn't. I currently work part-time as a Digital Media Assistant at Georgia State Perimeter College, one of the largest research institutions in the US. I get to assist students with questions they have about computer software and camera equipment. My part-time jobs allow me the flexibility to explore another love: film. I love writing, directing, editing, and acting.
